Welcome to Sambalpur Branch of EIRC of ICAI
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a statutory body established under the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 was set up in July 1949 for the regulation of the profession of chartered accountancy in India. The Institute has achieved recognition as a premier accounting body for its contribution in the fields of education, professional development, maintenance of high accounting, auditing and ethical standards. Sambalpur Branch of Eastern India Regional Council of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India was setup on 08th June 2006 by CA Nandulal Agrawal & CA Sunil Kakkad. The Branch activities were carried out from rented premises as it did not have any building of its own.
The Present building has a well-furnished auditorium with a capacity to seat 100 persons, a boardroom, IT Lab for Students & other modern office facilities.
The Sambalpur Branch is under the jurisdiction of the Eastern India Regional Council of the Institute, and it came into being in the year 2006. Since its establishment it has been conducting various Study Circle Meetings, Seminars and Conferences every year, to keep the fraternity abreast of the recent happenings and needed changes relevant to the profession and the society.
